cockeyed_art. Very, very obviously unfinished sketch (what? she has knees?).
Scanned directly from the sketch - man, my scanner sucks now. Wonder if something broke during the move.
In retrospect, should've made her duster-thing longer like it is in her canon costume, and the skirt shorter. Would've been fun to make the canon costume into a witch-y outfit.
