So, this week's challenge for the Community of Cock was "Comic". I knew what I wanted to do, sort of, which was have Edge and Kain fight it out for Rydia's love, in honour of

lassarina and

katmillia. (Of course, in the end, Rydia turns out to be Rosa's secret mistress.)

I couldn't get that to work. I was trying to draw on paper first, and I think I was taking it way too seriously, which is pretty much not the way to go about a comic like this.

So I came downstairs and grabbed the tablet, and started sketching. Eventually I came up with this Edge, who I liked, and this Rydia, who I liked a lot. So I smushed 'em together, added text, and made this comic. I added the tiny bit at the bottom to make it look more funny. OBVIOUSLY.

Anyway, that's why the styles for Edge and Rydia don't completely match (the eyes mostly) - they came from different sketches, and I just gave up and dropped them in together.

I tried a different method with the tablet this time. I used a much larger tablet, and a way larger brush, and zoomed out a lot. I think it helped -- or, at least, I enjoyed it a lot more.
